Traditional markets

An interesting and different way to get to know L`Empordá is to visit its typical weekly street markets where you will discover a variety of typical products out of the region such as fuet and longanizas (type of hard cured sausage), embutidos (type of sausages), and several types of cheese - all of them are in-house products. Not to forget about the variety of vegetables and fruits available there. Get seduced by the flavours and colours that offer these markets. Every single market has its specialities and it is quite interesting to see the different offers.
